Additional Information
- Story
- A track pant reduced. We started with an integrated waistband, a simple
Japanese made trim that cleanly merges an elastic band, a drawcord channel
and the drawcord itself into a single unit. We stitched this unit onto the
pants, then folded and taped it down to create a cleaner, smoother waist. We
then promptly challenged this cleanness by laser burning a set of
ventilation holes directly below the waistband. A ventilation we echoed on
the bottom by installing a two way zipper at the calf, for airflow, fit and
ease.
The core of this pant is the Ultralight Doubleweave fabric, sewn up here in an aggressively athletic cut with roomy thighs and a sharp taper. Woven by Schoeller Textiles in Switzerland and clocking in at just 145gsm, the fabric features a dense nylon outer face and a loose three-dimensional micro nylon inner one. All that plus a NanoSphere treatment puts it at a sweet spot of sorts. The four-way stretch gives you a full freedom of movement. The tight nylon face and C6 treatment give it a light protection from the elements so you can go further and stay cleaner. The ventilation and doubleweave structure mean you can push harder in raw weather without overheating. The low weight and soft interior means it can sometimes feel like wearing nothing at all. Of course in the end, none of that will change how you perform, but it may well make it a more enjoyable, if not luxurious, experience. - Fabric

Ultralight Cloth is soft and flexible with an elegant drape. Durable for its weight (145gsm) and rated UPF 50+, it's meant to handle the summer with ease.
The Ultralight Cloth is a yarn-dyed doublewoven intimate blend of various nylons. The micro-nylon fibers create a soft loose inner weave that helps pull moisture from the skin, while slightly thicker nylon is tightly woven on the outside to give it a degree of water resistance. The self-cleaning NanoSphere® treatment adds in some wine, beer and iced coffee resistance. A four-way stretch means you'll move with a breezy freedom all across a beautiful summer.
We wanted to see how this fabric handles sunlight, specifically UV radiation, so we sent it out for testing. The results show that a single layer of Ultralight Cloth blocks the transmittance of over 99% of UV radiation, giving the Ultralight Cloth an Ultraviolet Protection Factor of 50+, the highest rating possible. - Details
