Story

What you put on in the morning should never constrain what you do with your day. Tough enough to handle the great outdoors, good looking enough to get you through any doorway and comfortable enough to feel great wherever you wind up.

The key is in our Strongtwill, a new meeting of the soft and the strong. Strongtwill takes dozens of fine air forged Supplex fibers and twists them into thick, chunky yarns, but now a touch of elastane is added into the mix for a subtle two-way stretch. It’s all woven together into a simple twill that has softness of fine fiber, the relaxed breathability more commonly associated with cotton and the toughness of high grade nylon. Combined with a knee-length gusset, the Strongworks move quite freely, are tough enough to wear every day, yet break in with a gritty elegance.

Fabric

Strongtwill is a reinvention of the Strongcloth fabric. Strongtwill still takes dozens of fine air forged Supplex fibers and twists them into thick, chunky yarns, but adds elastane into the mix for a subtle two-way stretch. It’s all woven together into a luxuriously strong twill that has softness of fine fiber, the relaxed breathability associated with cotton and the toughness of high grade nylon.

Fits slightly small in the waist. Size up if in between sizes.

Machine wash warm and lay flat to dry (do not use fabric softener). Tumble dry medium or low iron to restore water resistance.

Near Black fits true to size. Bluegray and Black Marine fits slightly small in the waist. Size up if in between sizes.

Expect slight shrinkage in length when first washed.
