Additional Information
- Story
- A hooded thing, done raw, all edges unfinished because the finishing just adds to the weight. Made with the experimental super light Dreamweight Merino.
- Fabric
- Like nothing at all, only softer. Dreamweight Merino. Made from an intimate blend of 16.5 micron merino wool (75%) spun with nylon staple fibers to create an extremely thin (100 singles) yarn with enough strength to create extremely lightweight fabrics that don't need to be babied. Knit into a jersey this stuff weighs only 105gsm, it feels like nothing at all, except softer. Shockingly the lab results we get say it also has a 50+ UPF rating, but honestly we don't trust that. It seems impossible for a fabric this light and breezy to get that result, so proceed with caution.
