Story
The ultimate ride to work pants. We built the Outlier 4Season OG Pant to be worn day in and day out, both on and off your bike. For this you need something that can stand up to the ride and look good after it's done. The 4Season OGs are a clean cut slack with versatile performance, ready to handle everything from the pressure of the office to a rain storm on your commute. OG stands for Original Garment, the OG pants are the reason we exist. While the first version we released was close to perfect, we refuse to stop pushing. We are now on the fourth iteration: a finely honed improvement to our core pants.

Why are these the best pants to bike to work in? On the bike they breathe, they stretch, they wick, and they repel light rain and road grime. At the office they drape beautifully, never stink of sweat and look like the high quality made in New York City slacks that they are. Your coworkers will have no idea that you rode happily into work wearing them, while they stewed in traffic all morning. The self-cleaning NanoSphere® treatment means that coffee, wine and dirt roll off with ease, keeping you looking fresh and clean in the trickiest of situations. The Schoeller Dryskin Extreme fabric looks elegant, yet repels water. But when it does saturate, it will dry in minutes (generally around 15-20). The Doubleweave structure means it's tough and durable on the exterior, yet soft and comfortable inside. The four-way stretch doubles down on that comfort and means these pants move freely through any situation.

The changes in our Iteration 4 version are quite subtle. Basically we took a good looking pant and tailored it to look even better. We recut the hip area so that it can accommodate cyclist thighs, while maintaining a slim clean look. We changed the waistband lining material so it lies flatter. We changed the fusing in the front clasp area to be more comfortable. Doesn't sound like too much but we're always trying to improve and these are the best OGs yet. The most versatile pant you can buy for a life of action and motion.

"I'd call the Outlier OG the perfect bike-to-boardroom pant. But that doesn't begin the cover everything you'll do in these," said Bill Strickland of Bicycling Magazine. While we made these pants with the needs of those who cycle to work in mind, that is not the limit of what you will do in them. Our customers and friends have worn our pants to do everything from shoveling the driveway to attending a few weddings.
