Our Pivot Sleeve Shirt remastered in a Brazilian sun-washed chambray. Done in collaboration with SF's master shirtmakers Taylor Stitch. We took our standard pivot sleeve construction and chilled it out a bit with a button down collar, a buttonable chest pocket, and TS's signature eight button front placket. Ecuadorian corozo buttons round it off with that perfect east coast meets west vibe.

Story
Our Pivot Sleeve Shirt remastered in a Brazilian sun-washed chambray. Done in collaboration with SF's master shirtmakers Taylor Stitch. We took our standard pivot sleeve construction and chilled it out a bit with a button down collar, a buttonable chest pocket, and TS's signature eight button front placket. Ecuadorian corozo buttons round it off with that perfect east coast meets west vibe.
Fabric
A classic Chambray cotton woven in Brazil. Made of 100% cotton fibers, Chambray was originally developed in the sixteenth century and is woven with white warp yarns and colored weft yarn. The warp yarns are loosely twisted making for a textured look and soft touch. A classic for everyday use.

How the fabric is woven: All fabrics have a warp and weft. (Yarns that run the length of the fabric and yarns that run the width.) The warp is the yarn that runs the entire length of the roll of fabric. Whereas the weft yarn is woven into the warp and runs the width of the fabric. Incidentally: the weft creates a selvedge by turning back on itself.
