Story
Innovation in form meets innovation in fiber with our No Pocket Pivot Shirt. We took our core patent pending Pivot Sleeve Shirt design and pushed it to the next level with our Blazed Cotton Shirting fabric. The result is a shirt that not only lets you move freely, but also repels dirt and sweat so you stay cleaner and drier even as you push yourself to the limits.

We've been fine tuning and tweaking our Blazed Cotton formulation with the focus on finding the sweet spot that balances sweat resistance, breathability and good looks. For the fabric we finally honed in on what we call an openpoint oxford, a low twist variation on a traditional oxford cloth. These low twist yarns perfectly counterbalance the blazing process which adds a Nano-Tex® treatment to the fiber. The result is a fabric that breathes and absorbs well enough to be extremely comfortable yet is hydrophobic enough that sweat almost never shows through the fabric.

Once the Blazed Cotton is finished we bring it to New York's Garment District to be cut and sewn. Our patent pending Pivot Sleeve was originally developed in order to produce a dress shirt better fit for daily cycling, but we quickly learned it fits better in most everyday situations. The construction eliminates the key tension points in shirts caused by leaning and reaching forward. The result is a shirt where your cuffs stay in place, the shoulders don't pull tight across the back and the shirt doesn't blouse up by pulling out of your pants when tucked in.

Fabric
A cleaner take on traditional cotton shirting. An openpoint oxford cotton fabric that has been blazed with a high tech treatment that emulates the self-cleaning properties of a lotus leaf. The result is a soft, clean shirting that repels dirt and sweat, leaving you looking sharp and professional no matter how hard you push yourself.

We call the fabric an openpoint oxford cloth because it utilizes a traditional oxford basketweave but with low twist yarns that make for a more breathable shirting. These low twist yarns perfectly counterbalance the blazing process which adds a Nano-Tex® treatment to the fiber. The result is an improved Blazed Cotton, a fabric that breathes and absorbs well enough to be extremely comfortable yet is hydrophobic enough that sweat almost never shows through the fabric.
