Story

To be honest, we initially chose this cotton-linen shirting fabric to be a lightweight pocketing. We then quickly learned that it was pretty allergic to sharp metal objects such as keys… Lucky enough though, its intended use works out fantastically as a short sleeve summer shirt.

Sewn into our button-down short sleeve Pivot pattern for clean and easy good looks all summer.

Fabric

A cotton-linen for a sturdy yet soft fabric. Cotton-linen has a more open weave so air flows through, keeping it dryer to the touch and you cooler in the heat.

How the fabric is woven: All fabrics have a warp and weft. (Yarns that run the length of the fabric and yarns that run the width.) The warp is the yarn that runs the entire length of the roll of fabric. Whereas the weft yarn is woven into the warp and runs the width of the fabric.
